Adobe Realty is locally owned by real estate brokers Sally Quinn and Sue Sivley.
They opened the business in the little red rock building at the one and only stop light in beautiful Kanab, Utah more than 10 years ago.
Many said they would never succeed without the backing of a franchise - fortunately, this was quite opposite from the truth! Determined to simplfy the process of ownership, Adobe Realty set out to make purchasing property less stressful... and they continue to succeed in this arena.
With the loyal and faithful assistance of bookeeper Mary Jensen, Sue and Sally have built their small real estate company into a leader in the competitive southern Utah real estate market. ( Mary still maintains she loves working at Adobe Realty, after ten years, and we would be lost with out her sunny disposition! ) Handling all the details of a busy real estate office is the friendly and competent Gretchen Siefried. Gretchen also oversees our Property Management division.
We are fortunate to have a complete team of talented and personable agents including Carmen Bradley, Meghan Quinn, Serena Cutchen, Lacy Colson and Rita Childers.
